Our waiver covers you for:
Additional rental charges due to equipment loss, damage or theft
The waiver applies as soon as you complete and pay for your order, throughout your event and lasts for the duration of the event until we collect the equipment from you.
The waiver applies to hired equipment with a combined total replacement value of up to €50,000
We keep this very simple
For claims up to €2,500, an excess of 10% of the claim value will apply. For example, if you make a claim totalling €1000 then you will pay an excess of €100.
For claims over €2,500, an excess of €250 will apply. For example, if you make a claim totalling €5,000, then you will pay an excess of €250.
In the event of any claim, we will settle the claim directly with our insurers, provide you with all the relevant information and send you an invoice relating to the excess.
